The quest for spiritual enlightenment is the Soul’s purpose and it is well-known to be anything but an easy journey. This talk will look at some of the obstacles encountered along the way and how to overcome them. In the second part of the talk, we will examine one of the famous sayings from the Upanishads and explore its meaning and benefit for the Aspirant.

Jenny joined the Theosophical Society in 1981 and is National President for the Theosophical Society in England and Wales.
